It started simply: a few food trucks, a handful of neighbors, and a shared belief that Midland deserved a place to gather that felt like home. What began as a casual Friday idea has grown into something the whole community looks forward to.

Every week, we open the doors and the parking lot at GCR Church to a rotating lineup of the region's best food trucks. Some are regulars you've known for years. Others are fresh faces bringing new flavors to town. Either way, there's always something exciting to try.

This isn't a corporate event or a ticketed affair. It's free, it's family-friendly, and it's rooted in the conviction that community grows stronger when people share a meal and a moment together.
